Elodie Zone has set the record straight. It is almost two years after she and Kibaki's grandson Sean Andrew broke up.

In her recent Youtube post, Elodie answers the questions she's been avoiding, about their break up.

She says she ended things with the politician's kid over what she termed as a 'Toxic relationship'

"There is a number of reasons, to just wrap all the reasons up, it was a very toxic relationship whether you knew that person and myself during the relationship or whether you saw what happened on social media after the relationship ended then you'd see for yourself it was a very toxic relationship...There was a lot of hate backlash coming through his side. I've done my best to leave it in the past so what I can do is continue to grow, learn and keep going.

And yes, we saw everything that happened after the relationship. Sean Andrew referred to Elodie as 'Toxic'

Since then, Elodie has kept silent. Why?

"I stayed silent because I wanted to be mature about it, I wanted to leave that relationship at least with some dignity." she told her Youtube fans."

Elodie is now studying in Mauritius but shut down rumours that she left the Kenyan university because of her ex.

"No, which African parent would let you either move to a school or leave a school because of a relationship?"

But does she still love her ex?

"No, Like the thought of it is a blur."
