Did you know lack of sexual compatibility is among the biggest reasons why marriages and relationships fail?

The truth is, most people get married for companionship and when they miss that in a relationship or marriage then feelings might start getting eroded.

Below are the 5 major reasons why marriage/relationships fail:

Lack of sex

Sex is important in a relationship and when it is no longer available, the couple might opt to look for it elsewhere.

And in situations where a couple decides to stay together despite the lack of sex the relationship is never the same again.

Finances

Finances can affect a marriage/relationship in different shapes and forms.

For example, when a man no longer wants to provide finances to pay for rent, school fees, or other bills a woman might start disrespecting the man.

When a man is constantly disrespected his self-esteem might go down and some opt to go and find solace in the arms of other women.

Also, most women believe that their cash should not be used to cater to bills. In instances where a man is no longer working and a woman does not want to provide, then that relationship might encounter stormy weather.

In-laws

Ever had toxic mothers-in-law? They do exist in real life and not just in Nigerian movies.

There are in-laws who are so toxic and are always fighting whoever gets married into their family.

If a man/woman doesn't have the grit to fight for the marriage it might end up breaking to the pleasure of the parents or siblings.

Secrets

Marriages have in the past have broken up because dark secrets were exposed such as kids born out of wedlock and infidelity.

Addictions

Addictions come in different kinds one may be addicted to sex, pornography, betting, gambling, drugs, etc.

Such addictions might affect a marriage or relationship as one does not have much time to spend with their partners.

Addictions make one spend time away from the people they love and the terrible thing is that some people don’t know how to get out of such addictions.

Contrary to what many people think most relationships do not break because of infidelity or abuse. What’s that one thing that made your marriage/relationship break up?
