Insecurity still a major problem to the country as the number of robbery cases are reported daily. Recently, a bus traveling from the Cbd to Umoja estate was carjacked and everyone on board robbed off their values and cash before the gang escaped on foot. Matatu and club operators have complained of increased attacks on their premises with little help from authorities.

Meanwhile, thugs broke into a club along Thika road after midnight night on Friday and forced everyone to lie down as they were having fun.The four robbers were armed each with an AK 47 and commanded everyone to lie down before forcing the cashiers to hand over all the money they had before fleeing. No none was injured during the raid but they were scared.

Police spokesman has asked all club operators  to screen customers before entering their clubs so as to help police arrest the gangs.
