You have all heard about former Nairobi women Representative Rachel Shebesh’s husband Frank Ambundo Shebesh.

Now, Shebesh has come out to defend her hubby saying people shouldn't read anything sinister into the shooting.

“We were all in the house, he was in the bedroom alone servicing his gun. We just heard a loud bang and when we went, we found that he had injured his leg,” said Shebesh.

According to the Star, the police are investigating the accidental shooting after Frank was rushed to Nairobi Hospital with a bullet in his thigh. ​

Shebesh defended her husband vehemently saying he is an experienced gun handler.

“He runs a shooting range where he trains people and so he is not a stranger to guns. This was an accident, a genuine mistake and it had nothing to do with politics or the political tensions in the country,” Ureport quoted Shebesh.
