The entertainment world is still coming to terms with the death of celebrated actor Chadwick Boseman best known for his role in 'Black Panther'.

He passed away surrounded by family and friends after a long silent battle with colon cancer.

• He was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina to African -American parents.
• His African routes were traced from the Krio people from Sierra Leone, Yoruba people from Nigeria and Limba people from Sierra Leone.
• Chadwick was married to Taylor Simone Ledward.
• He had no kids.
• Chawick was a vegetarian.
• He was first diagnosed with cancer in 2016- Despite that he continued acting and would do so even as he went through different surgeries and chemotherapy.
• He died aged 43.
• His cancer status has only been made public after his death,. He battled the cancer silently with the support of those close to him.

May he rest in peace, he will be greatly missed by millions of people around the world for his acting prowess.

But like they say 'God only picks the best'.
