Three people have died after a Nissan matatu and a tour van collided head-on near Delamere farm in Naivasha along the Nakuru- Nairobi highway.

The matatu which belongs to NNUS Sacco collided with a lorry, 10 people were injured.

Road Safety and Safe Driving Practices on twitter wrote

Another sad moment 3 loved ones are not coming home. I am not sure they said goodbye to their loved ones. This is clearly another front impact accident. For such impact the involved must have been on high speed. I am not sure what transpired.

Road accidents have in the past claimed lives even those of prominent Kenyans with the latest being Mugithi Maestro John De Mathew.

Chief Justice David Maraga and his wife were lucky to survive a grisly accident after they were rushed to War Memorial Hospital Nakuru after a head-on collision accident.
