Many of us are eagerly waiting to meet Barrack Obama but from the look of things we might not be able to move anywhere closer. Security will be tight and my question is, will he be able to shake hands with the Kenyatta University students where he is set to address scholars?

Earlier on last week, SONU chairman Babu Owino wrote a letter demanding that Obama visit their institution but too bad, he will be visiting KU, their rival varsity. Obama who visited the University of Nairobi back in 2006 when he was still  Senator, is expected to jet into the country this Friday and most of the main roads in the city will be closed.

Now that Obama will not be visiting the decorated University of Nairobi, we expect the following from the students led by their leader Babu Owino

1. They will strike

The University of Nairobi students are well known for strikes. They stone motorists, cause havoc within the university and it's environs. Now that Obama has decided to visit their rival university, we expect nothing less than a strike. They are the mother of all university strikes.

2. Commit Suicide

If the letter sent by SONU Chair Babu Owino is anything to go by, then we can expect to report more cases of death from the university.

3. Hate on KU students

The two universities have always been at loggerheads with each other.Obama's visit to KU will make the University of Nairobi students hate Kenyatta University students more than before.

4. Attend the function and cause drama

UoN is known to have goons amongst its students who will do anything just to protect their leader Babu Owino. They might attend the Obama function at KU and interrupt the meeting. But woe unto them if they attempt to.

5. Create negative memes about Obama

After praising Obama back in 2006, the university of Nairobi students might do the unthinkable for Obama. Expect them to troll him on social media.
