Tanzanian star Mr Nice has come out to show his haters and detractors that he isn't dirt broke.

For over a decade now, gossip pundits have claimed that the Fagilia hit maker had spent all his money unwisely and was now living hand to mouth.

Mr Nice spoke to Millard Ayo a while back and revealed that he lives a flamboyant and extravagant lifestyle.

As long as money is there. Yes, I live in a bar because I have money. If you want to live a luxurious life, You need to walk with money plus you will find some places don't even have a bank. Where will you put that money if not in the boot?

I can say that I'm a very good spender because i know how to find it.

The Kidali Po singer also added in the interview that,

I have done what people are doing now like Having many cars, wearing good things that are valuable, walking with money! I walk with money on my car boot, you walk with money on your wallet and you say you have money?

He continued,

Walk with money when somebody asks you, open your boot and show them so that we know whether you have money or not.

While speaking to East Africa Television's Planet Bongo, Mr Nice, who was once named as the richest East African artiste, refuted the bankruptcy claims but admitted that he's indeed a drunkard.

'Ndio nalewa sana, nalala bar, sababu I have Money! ni pesa zangu nakunywa bia zakutosha kwa sababu ya pesa yangu. (Yes i do drink alot, i sleep he bar because I'm SPENDING my money.)' MR Nice said.
