Media personality Betty Kyallo’s salon continues to outshine her competitors in the industry. The Flair by Betty beauty parlour, which was relaunched a few months ago is a two-storey building that offers different services to their clientele. The high-end parlour is partitioned into different spaces: women’s salon, men’s barbershop, massage rooms and kids’ haven.
Betty Kyallo partnered with several local brands who did the interior design and flooring transforming the establishment. Inside Flair, there’s a wall of fame, full of portraits of Betty, her daughter Ivanna, sisters Mercy and Gloria and two close friends.
Talking about the biggest challenge of managing her beauty parlour during the launch, Betty said,
…CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BECAUSE WE CAN HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PLACE LIKE THIS BUT THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT SATISFIED. I ALWAYS MAKE SURE OUR GAME IS ON POINT SO THAT WE’RE NOT HAVING ANY BAD REVIEWS. WE GIVE OUR CLIENTS VALUE FOR THEIR MONEY.
