Citizen TV's newscaster Lillian Muli says she regrets settling for less in life.

The mother of two, who has been in an on and off relationship with Shabana FC CEO Jared Nevaton Ombongi, said she regrets not going for better things in life when she had a chance.

'The only regret I have in life is settling for less when I could have had so much more. Set your standards and stick to them unapologetically,' she posted.

This is not the first time Lillian is talking about regrets. A few weeks ago, the sultry screen siren revealed that she regrets wasting her six years loving the wrong person.

Lillian and Jared first appeared in public together six years ago (2015) after they attended a football match at Machakos stadium together. She had just parted ways with her ex-husband Kanene after seven years in marriage.
