There is a new dance craze in town.

The Mbozi za Malwa dance challenge is getting crazier with each day that passes as girls upload videos of them shaking what their mamas gave them.

For one to be considered for the challenge, she has to post a video on Instagram with the #mbozizamalwa in order to compete with other participants.

Girls from Kenya and Uganda are uploading videos of them twerking to the song Mbozi Za Malwa by Bebe Cool and Sauti Sol for the grand prize of getting the bragging rights and title of 'Best Dancer/s in East Africa'.

This deal is sweetened further by a chance to take home $500 and an opportunity to hang out with either Sauti Sol or Bebe Cool.

The dance challenge is definitely getting intense as all kinds of women are uploading videos. Indeed there is no limit to the kind of women who want to compete seeing that even an expectant Ugandan woman, not too long ago entered the challenge.

Apparently being pregnant does not mean you can't shake it as this lady was seen seriously dancing with her baby bump.

Kenyan girls refusing to be left behind, are sending videos that shake the earth beneath them. It's hot, it's crazy and it's something that we should watch out for.
