This came up probably because the police knew the pair is close enough to have a few details on what really happened the night Monica Kimani was slain.

The investigations into her murder are still ongoing. Jacque Maribe has been detained by police as investigations go on to determine if she is a suspect or a witness to the murder of Monica. This was after evidence pointed to Joseph Irungu alias Jowie who is Jacque's fiance indicating he might have killed Monica.

Jowie will be charged in court today based on the presented evidence.

Terryanne Chebet being in Jacques 'inner circle' was rumoured to be appearing in court as a character witness among her other friends, Citizen TV producer, Monica Kiragu and Shix Kapienga. Terryanne spoke out saying:
