Abduba Dida has come out claiming that opposition leader Raila Odinga loves the taste of tear gas and cannot survive without confronting the government.

Dida is contesting on an Alliance for Real Change for the highest seat in the country. Speaking about NASA's allegations against Al Ghurair Printing and Publishing Company tender for ballot papers by IEBC being tainted, Dida said,

"I know Raila loves teargas and he can't go three months without it. If he tries he will be sick."

According to Dida (below), there is nothing wrong with the awarding of the Sh2.5billion tender. NASA leader Raila Odinga alleged that the process was tainted due to the fact that the officials of Al Ghurair had met President Uhuru Kenyatta before IEBC gave them the tender.

The opposition did not take the visit lightly and took the matter to court.

Dida says,

"When you visit a home (Kenya), you have a right to visit the father (Uhuru) so that you can feel at home in the new place, its common knowledge. Its not bad for Uhuru to meet investors since they were coming to his country."

The independent candidate added the IEBC demonstrated to all presidential candidates the steps taken by the firm to ensure process could not be compromised in favour of Jubilee.

Dida said he has engaged the electoral agency and believes there are no loopholes that Jubilee Party will use to rig the August 8 elections.
