American sensation Ne-Yo rocked Nairobi when he came for the Coke Studio Africa season 3 back in August and he left the crowd and celebrities wanting more.

Though he never performed publicly, he definitely left an impact on the Kenyan music scene and to all the artists he performed with like, Wangechi, Alikiba, Maurice Kirya and Ice Prince on the non-competition music show.

Well, it happens that the 'So Sick' singer is not yet done with East Africa and is coming back, but this time to the land of matoke, Uganda, where he is set to rock and entertain the crowd.

The performance is set to go down at the Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala, which will definitely be the climax of the country's entertainment events for this year, which has been sponsored by Bell Lager.

The interesting twist to this event is that there will be no tickets sales at the concert, but rather, revelers will simply buy the Bell Lager beer, pop the crown and send the code they find under the crown to an SMS number-8464 and this will guarantee a ticket to the mega event. Talk of top-notch events planning.

Speaking to the Uganda press, the marketing director of Uganda Breweries Limited said this about the much-anticipated event:

This concert is our way of continuously engaging our consumers at their passion points. And because music is a strong touch point for us as Ugandans, we had to choose a contemporary artist that fits the bill.

Well, I can imagine how Ugandan's are eagerly anticipating to welcome the 35-year-old R&B singer who has uncountable hit-songs to himself like: Miss Independent, She Knows, Hate That I Love You and more.

Will you attend the Ne-Yo concert in Uganda?
