Kenyan based Tanzanian born artiste, Ten Ballz says the reason why Tanzanian artistes are getting too much attention is because of living fake lifestyle.

The artiste who has tasted both side of the music industry divide says that Kenyan celebrities are rich and quiet.

"Tanzanian music is being listened to right now because these artistes are making people believe that they are living large, yet they are struggling. With Kenyan artistes, they have the money but don't go around showing off like how Tanzanians are doing," he said.

Ballz came into the country after a close friends and music producer promised him a chance to further his education and have a good career.

He later opted for the streets as the person, did not turn out to be who he was and left Ballz for the streets.

Since then, he has managed to pick the pieces of his life and start his own career here in the country, thanks to a good Samaritan who spotted him in the streets of Nairobi as a chokora.

Ballz aka Mr Shakara is currently making headlines with the song 'Niko Vyombo' featuring Baba Levo.
