Kenyan artiste Suzanna Owiyo has said Kenyans are forcing the policemen to brutalize them during this coronavirus pandemic.

This she shared after videos of police brutalizing the public at Likoni ferry was aired.

'We are not at war yes but at times policemen/women are forced to go hard on Wanjiku simply because tuko vichwa ngumu.

PLAN yourself not to be caught up on the wrong side of the law.

Your safety is important as well as your health. Can we all have an understanding here.'

Below are some more reactions.

@Hulius_:Remember the current state of Kenya Police Officers don't have experience with a National Curfew. Don't let them learn with you.
Stay indoors. If you cannot get home, find a safe place to spend the night.
@o_abuga: Yes, we're tough headed coz we need food. We've washed hands, observed social distancing but why brutalize us? Does it mean corona spreads at night?.
@xtiandela: Kenyans ain't serious. You were told to be in the house by 7:pm. You had the whole day to plan yourself and get your ass in the house by 7:pm. On this, I support the government! We need to be serious if we are to stop Coronavirus.
