Over the past one year, Kenyans have been importing high end cars. Think of Cadillac, Jaguar, Nissan GTR, Ferrari and most recently, a green Lamborghini.

The new kid on the block is a black, sexy Dodge Challenger that's been spotted somewhere in town.

The car belongs to one Phinny, a video producer. The reason for the inflated cost of the car is all the customization that went into making it fit for Kenyan roads. For instance, the car is traditionally a left handed car as it is America. This had to be changed.

The muscle car was further adjusted so it could run on Kenyan roads without leaving it's exhaust behind and damaging the undercarriage. And unlike the Lambo and the Rolls Royce, it is fully registered and duty had been fully paid ergo it has Kenyan license plates.

A Dodge Challenger can go for as much as 55,000 USD when fully customized. And from our sources, it is the only car of it's kind in East Africa!
