Sports enthusiast and media personality Carol Radull has slammed the heroes council for failing to keep their promise on helping Conjestina Achieng.

Conjestina who is a well-decorated boxer has been ailing for years, she is suffering from mental health issues.

The once bubbly boxer is now a shell of her former self.

Taking to her social media to share a photo of herself alongside Conjestina, Radull penned

She isn't where she was in July last year but she isn't where I hoped she'd be by this time. Conjestina is ok but not great. Still idle after fake "Heroes Council" promises and not on much- needed medication. But we know this is a journey. God bless you always my friend 🙏🏽 #AlutaContinua #ForTheLoveofTheGame

Carol Radul has in the past tried to get her help but it's been an uphill task as in Kenya prophets are never celebrated at home.

In September last year the former boxing champion had been admitted for treatment at the Mediva Wellness Centre in Thika.

This was after the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) offered to assist the former boxing champion.

Radull has been keenly following on Conjestina's progress and updating Kenyans. We hope and pray that she recovers and goes back to her former self.
