Akothee has advised Kenyans and fellow celebrities to first identify who they before they can conclude they are depressed.

According to the mother of five most people are not depressed they are just in denial on who they are and where they are in life.

Akothee advised that it's important to ask yourself the questions below.

'1. Who Am I🤔🤔 ? ( Identity)

2. Where do I come from Background check)

3. Where Am I right Now ( position/ situation))

4. Where do I want to go ? ( Destination)

5. What do I want to do in my destination? ( your purpose in life )

👉Be sincere enough to answer this questions , you will realise you are not depressed, you just don't understand yourself and living other people's lives or to other people's expectations 🤷🙏🏻.

Further advising,

'Life is not a marathon , life is journey, No one is living a perfect life ,don't die a photocopy of how other people set standards of living their lives social media can sell anything be careful 💪 media or fake lives.

Stick to your lane , do your things in your own Way .

IF YOU ANSWER THE 5 QUESTIONS ABOVE CORRECTLY. You will find peace within and without 💪

Akothee's sentiments might be true given that most people are living beyond their means just to please others.

Most end up in debts while some cases end up in suicide.
