I know that's an unusually spooky intro to a normal Mpasho headline, but I had no other choice. This is because I wanted you to literally see it unveil before your eyes. No, you should not be worried because she is actually non-existent.

She is not even anywhere close to your hometown. The kid I am talking about is in Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, a Harry Potteresque film starring Samuel L. Jackson and Eva Green.

The movie is about a boy who goes back in time to the World War II era and discovers a peculiar home for other-worldly children, who are managed by a mistress named Alma Peregrine (Eva Green). He starts to realize that what his grandad used to tell him is actually true. His life changes almost instantly...what follows next is beyond thrilling.

The Tim Burton-directed film has already generated impressive reviews, with many publications saying that it is his best film in 20 years. The grandeur film sets, the 'wowsome' 3D effects and a likeable British setting are some of the things that will make you fall in love with the movie. If you're a fantasy fan like me, you'll love the fairytale-esque landscape. If you are a horror film lover, you'll love watching Samuel L. Jackson hunt for the children, in his villain character.
