There is a tract of land in Karen that is currently being disputed in a battle that pits the owner of the land (he has shown documentation that he owns the land) against senior Jubilee Government members. That is fact. It has been alleged that Charity Ngilu, the Cabinet Secretary with oversight over land has turned a blind eye to the impunity her government colleagues have gotten upto.

I came across a link that is going viral online that alleges that Jaguar and his politician friend Sonko, the Nairobi Senator are some of the masterminds behind the plot.

The first thing I did was to reach out to Jaguar. His phone is off ergo he was unable to respond to the allegations. I will continue to call him in hopes that he will set things straight.

I also attempted to reach out to Sonko but it was all in vain. I opted to text him instead. It remains to be seen whether or not he shall exercise his right to reply.

It was alleged that Nairobi Senator beefed up his security when he went to oversee the grabbing of his share of the Karen land:

I managed to get a hold of Dennis Itumbi for  statement and this is what he had to say:

"The president has already addressed himself on that matter. The CS Lands has even writter to EACC to investigate the matter and further more the matter is in court, I therefore cannot comment without prejudice to the processes already in motion."
