They always say a thousand miles begins with a single step, and this case goes hand in hand with Size 8's journey to fame.
Size 8 ventured into music after completing her high school at State House Girls in Nairobi.
In 2011, her secular hit song Shamba Boy was the much-needed push to the top of the charts, it gave her a chance to be recognised as a female force to be reckoned with.
After meeting with her husband DJ Mo, she quit secular music and later on decided to be a gospel artiste.
Based on the fact that she's now a gospel artiste, she pointed out how thankful she is to God. Sharing a throwback photo, Size 8 wrote,
"I look at this picture and I see the LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST!! THE RECKLESS LOVE OF GOD!! I don't deserve His love neither did I earn it He just forgave me yet I was one of the chief of sinners"
For this moment, Size 8 is grateful for the changes she made in her life for being the bad girl of gene music to the queen of the gospel and inspirational tunes.
