Guardian Angel has defended his decision to love and treasure Esther Musila a fellow artiste despite a 20-year age gap.

He told Jalango that once a man and a woman decide to come together, the word of God decrees that they become one.

"If she has agreed to become one with me, she is my wife. It doesn't matter how old she is. I am the husband. That is if at all we are married.

In his rant, he added,

"I have suffered to please the church for long but I did not know that I'm not supposed to please the church but please God."

Guardian Angels cautioned people from judging him and his decision because they do not set the rules of life.

"This is something I would like to address. #LoveWins came before I met Esther and it is about going back to society to support the needy because I was also a street kid. The only way to support a needy person is to love them the only way to correct a street kid is by love. It must come first."

Guardian then explained that his relationship with Esther has been blown out of proportion.

"Three things have been blown out of proportion. I don't want money from her if it is money you know who has money and who doesn't have. I'm not there for the money.

He continued,

"This is what the Lord says about marriage, a woman and man leave their parents to go and become one. This is what the Lord wants for marriage. Love ye your wife as Christ loved the church.  What matters is that you are doing as per the word of god. It doesn't matter how old you are."

Guardian Angel then defended the love of his life.

"I have never been happy in my life as I am today. You cannot trade money for happiness, I cannot throw myself in a ditch because there is money in the ditch. I'm a person of sound mind and if I decide to do something, then clearly, I'm not going into a direction to kill myself. Whether we love each other or a relationship doesn't matter what does is I'm happy and she is also happy?"

Telling off his detractors Guardian pointed out.

"Give me the script of my life that God gave you tell me what God says about the woman I'm to marry. If you don't have it,  shut your mouth and let love win."

Adding,

"A week after meeting Esther and she talking about us doing a song together. I had given up on music. While recording her music Roho Yangu, I was giving up. But she came and told me, my friend, hii kazi ya mungu lazima iendelee. 

Guardian Angel stood up for Esther and his relationship.

He noted, "My ministry and work has been pushed and encouraged by the person you think is the wrong person for me. If she had not come at that time, I had given up on it. I would not be here. I would not be singing."
