When many fashion houses are mainly focusing on high fashion, her business has gone the unconventional way. The co-founder, Wandia Gichuru saw the The company was started in 2011. Previously, Wandia Gichuru was an international development advisor, and spend more than 15 years across the globe in different positions working for organizations like the World Bank, United Nations and others.

The beautiful lady was born to a Kenyan dad and Canadian mother. You can tell that she's a smart woman from what she thinks of the world's future fashion. She thinks that people are moving from what's trendy and settling for what's more functional. In one of my previous posts, I highlighted on how you can make your dress choice work.

She's gotten to work with major celebrity style bloggers for her cloth line, including Sharon Mundia of This Is Ess and is still going harder. The clothing line started off as an importer but has since managed to get top notch designers to work with them. Currently the house has over 35 employees, something good for the fashion industry – most entrepreneurs only have a simple store with a few attendants and that's just it. This is a good sign for the line, which will surely grow and get more young people on board.
