Shock As Mututho's Son Commits Fraud And He's Taken To Court

John Mututho's son failed to appear in court and he was warned for the last time for doing that. He was charged with fraud for allegedly obtaining sh 1.6 million from a woman known as Jane Mbakaya whom she reportedly promised to sell promised to sell a plot on July 7, 2012 in Machakos. Makadara Senior Resident Magistrate Evelyne Nyongesa warned him for the last time for jumping bail and failing to appear before the court for hearing of the case.

It's such a shame to see Mututho's son appearing in court for all the wrong reasons when his father is fighting for morals specifically drunk driving.

The accused was also charged with fraudulently making a fake ballot card for Aimi-Ma-Kilungu Limited.

Daniel Njenga alias Charles, son of the National Authority for Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse chairman was charged with fraud for allegedly obtaining Sh1.6 million from Jane Mbakaya, whom she reportedly promised to sell a plot on July 7, 2012 in Machakos. Makadara Senior Resident Magistrate Evelyne Nyongesa warned him for the last time for jumping bail and failing to appear before the court for hearing of the case. Njenga, through his lawyer pleaded with the court not to deny him bond, claiming he had been sick and was admitted in hospital. He had allegedly been admitted in Mathari Mental Hospital to undergo sanity check prior to standing trial in March 2014, when he appeared to take a plea.
