Jaguar and Prezzo have finally decided to hash things out.
The two had been beefing for the longest time, over an unknown reason. Jaguar has recently been seen warming up back to the music industry. He posted a picture of them sitting next to each other, smiling. This is probably the effect of the famous handshake challenge that has hit Kenyan politicians by storm.
Met up with my colleague and brother CMB @prezzo254
For long, we chose to walk on different paths despite chasing the same dream.
A lot was said over the years, but we have come to the conclusion it is time to rise above our differences and focus on the betterment of our entertainment industry as we prepare the ground for those that come after us.
This takes us back to when mpasho.co.ke had an exclusive interview with Prezzo and when asked about Jaguar he was very clear he does not recognize who that is. Prezzo has also associated himself with the idea that he is the president and so when Jaguar calls himself Mheshimiwa, he could not stand it!
WHO IS THAT? WHO DID YOU SAY? I DON’T KNOW HIM. WHO IS MHESHIMIWA? I AM THE PRESIDENT SO F**K THE MHESHIMIWA
A few days ago, Prezzo had an interview on 10/10 and said he no longer has beef with Jaguar. He made it clear that he is all grown up now and that stops him from having unnecessary beef. Now we are 100% sure they are now friends because both parties have spoken.
Prezzo also posted about their official reconciliation on social media asking God to help him forgive and forget the beef and focus more on the rap legacy. Prezzo is very glad that the hatchet has been buried and they are ready for work!
Kama wengi mnavojua mimi na ndugu yangu @jaguarkenya tulkuwa na friction miaka nenda, miaka rudi ila Mungu alitupatanisha tukaamua kusahau yalio pita na focus kwa ya lio mbele. I am glad we burried the hatchet now lets put in work my brother… Bless up #Rapcellency
This was just after the countless times they traded offensive language at each other. Remember when Prezzo did an interview with Betty Kyallo where he was so awkward? Jaguar outright said he needs urgent rehabilitation to save him from the embarrassment.
Jaguar also just reconciled with Babu Owino. Their beef was so real that they physically fought outside parliament which raised a lot of eyebrows in terms of leadership from their various constituencies.
Jaguar and Prezzo both made headlines with their music, so them coming in to work together seems like an ideal plan. We cannot wait to see what they have in store.
