Betty Kyallo and Dennis Okari’s whirlwind romance was relationship goals for many. Let’s not even talk about the grand wedding that was on a different level altogether.

We were all green with envy.

But the romance was short lived. 6 months into their wedding, they were separated and we were all in shock.

They broke up.

And are now in the process of initiating what will be reported to be a protracted divorce battle.

The two brought to life an amazing baby girl, Ivanna. Not much of her was in the public eye but after Betty and Okari separated, she has been all over her mother’s social media.

Dennis Okari has not been seen anywhere with his baby girl – atleast nothing has been documented on any social network.

Betty spoke about this in her interview with True Love saying she was comfortable with him being part of their daughter’s life but he decided otherwise.

However, in a recent exclusive interview with the Star, Betty said:

“I would really like to keep that very private. Maybe sooner or later, I will be able to talk about it, but for now, I would just rather not and keep it off the media.”

Dennis Okari barely speaks about his personal life unlike Betty who is an open book to her fans.

In a rare feat, Nairobi News got Okari to open up.

Dennis spoke saying that he is actually afraid. He is in fear of his daughter’s life all over social media yet she is not really in a position to choose whether she wants to appear or not.

Like Juliani and Brenda say, social media is a very cruel place and so they would not want their child to go through what they go through.

This is the major reason why they do not show their daughter’s face or give people information about her to avoid feeding trolls.

Probably the same concern Dennis Okari has for his one and only daughter. Talking to Nairobi News, he said Ivanna deserves a quiet and peaceful life where no one should interfere with her privacy.

“My daughter does not deserve the kind of publicity she has been getting, she deserves to grow up quietly and no one including myself as her father should interfere with her rights to privacy,”

Well according to numerous studies and shrink reports, the greatest risk of posting your child’s pictures on social is that you never know where the photos end up.

It is not uncommon that photos of babies and children are picked up from social media accounts and then circled in paedophile rings. Sometimes they are altered and photoshopped.
