'She had head and chest injuries,' Emma Edambo's last moments alive

Details have emerged on how Emma Edambo, a candidate at Precious Talent School spent her last moments before death struck at her school.

Emma was among eight students who died from injuries sustained after classes at the school mentioned above collapsed.

On Sunday, September 22, the pupil had spent a better part of the day at her father’s church.

The Gate of Holiness Worship Centre in Ng’ando, to mark her prayer day in preparations of the exams.

She was part of the choir at the church which led worship at her prayer day event.

When the unfortunate accident happened at around 7:00 A.M Monday morning Emma Edambo was rushed to Medihill Hospital in Kawangware.

She had head and chest injuries but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Photo of a grief-stricken mother to Emma was seen as she camped at the Chiromo mortuary where the remains of her daughter were taken to.

Some parents who were at the scene had described the scene as gory given that some of the students had their limbs separated.

‘THE INJURIES ARE SO BAD, SOME OF THEM HAVE SEPARATED LIMBS, IT’S A GORY SIGHT.’
