A bride has been left shocked and appalled after she found out a guest filled up 10 Tupperware containers with food from her wedding.

Posting in a wedding shaming group on Facebook, the woman explained that she had a very small wedding ceremony and reception where only 25 people were invited.

The food was served in a buffet style which she said is traditional for a Polish reception. The bride said;

She loaded up seven Tupperware containers with food to take home, took about three containers of homemade cookies, a couple of bottles of beer and most of the centrepieces. 

Another explained that at her parent's wedding all the women on her dad's side came to the reception loaded with Tupperware containers. She said;

[They] were very aggressive with the catering staff about taking every scrap of leftover food and cake. My parents didn't even get to take home their wedding cake.

One woman revealed that her grandmother's cousin is exactly like the woman from the wedding.

'She once left a wedding reception with the top tier of a wedding cake. Not even joking,' she said.
