Do you remember the woman who took Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior to court accusing him of being a dead beat dad? Amerudi tena na vishindo.

Victoria Ndunge sued the Senator, accusing him of abdicating parental responsibilities.

In an affidavit filed in court Victoria detailed how their relationship began and ended.

"We had a relationship with Kilonzo between 2012 and 2013 and had the child in May 2013, but we broke up thereafter. He used to provide for us for a few months, but he has now totally abandoned us and refused to cater for his child," said Victoria in her affidavit.

Apparently, Mutula Jnr had agreed to pay fully for the kid's medical needs and insurance, pay Victoria Sh 30,000 monthly entertainment allowance, Sh 60,000 for food and take a Sh 5 million education policy for the kid.

In addition to this, Victoria was also to receive Sh 15,000 for transport, Sh 10,000 for utility bills, Sh 8,500 for a nanny and Sh 6,000 for a house help. Wueh! Tumieni rubber wasee!

Anyhow, the senator asked the court to compel Victoria to prove that she cannot be able  to contribute to the upkeep of the child, insisting that the expenses should be shared equally.

Mutula Junior’s lawyer, who is his sister, Kethi Kilonzo, argued that, “The plaintiff states that the defendant has since 2014 failed to provide medical records of the child and to produce the child for a paternity test as he suspects that he is not the biological father of the child.”

After all that court drama, Victoria was the talk of the town.
