Gospel homosexual singer George Barasa popularly referred to as Joji Baro is one of the top gays who have boldly come out of the closet to reveal his sexual orientation. Although being a homosexual in Kenya comes with several challenges or rather homosexuals face a lot of problems in Africa, Joji Baro is never afraid of standing for what he believes in. He is a proud homosexual.

He has created a niche for himself in the flooded Showbiz industry. A few months ago, the openly gay artiste released a new song dubbed Same Love featuring sexy rapper Noti Flow which was later banned by the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) CEO, Ezekiel Mutua. Joji Baro and crew claim they came up with the song to show the challenges that homosexuals go through especially in third world countries.

Joji Baro has been through a lot but that has not deterred him from standing for what he believes in. The gospel homosexual singer who was disowned by his biological father left many shedding tears after he penned down an emotional message to his dad a while back.
