My close pals were yesterday night raving in Kisumu when they spotted two celebrity big wigs together. It is not often that one glances upon celebrity couples on a night out. It is rare. They normally keep it as low-key as possible.

However, my close pal happened upon singer Avril and Dennis Oliech hanging out yesterday night. Avril walked into the Kisumu club first, accompanied by her manager or handler. Once she set foot in the club, fans accosted her requesting to take selfies. She obliged.

A few minuted later former football star walked in and joined her at their table.

"The hang out together for like 20 minutes then they decided to leave. It was around 3am in the morning," our source told Mpasho.

Avril has just come out of a long term relationship with her South African boyfriend. He had proposed marriage and everyone was waiting for the fairytale wedding. It is not clear what caused the split though.

"I don't know if we will carry on with our plans. A lot has happened at the beginning of this year. Right now, I just want to concentrate on working and releasing as music  music as possible," Avril told Mpasho in an earlier interview.

Anyhow, it seems she has gotten someone else to charm her.

Avril posted a photo of herself and Oliech on her Instagram from the night out and wrote,
