An Eldoret woman identified as Lucy Chemutai alias Cheptam has gone to the streets with a placard looking for a husband as theyv are scarce.

Written on the placard are the qualities she is looking for in a man.

The woman has no age requirements for the man she wants.

She has also stated that it's not a must that he be loaded and that good looks are just a bonus.
