At the just concluded All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) which took place in Lagos last night, Kenyan boy band Sauti Sol killed it on the stage. They performed their hit song "Shake Yo Bam Bam," much to the audience's delight.

The group won two major awards; namely Producers of the Year for "Sura Yako" and Best African Group. Polycarp Otieno and Savara Mudigi's synergy won them this honor.

The group also won big at this year's Africa Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) as Best Group. They also won for Best Song East Africa in the Kilimanjaro Tanzania Music Awards this year.

Their hallmark was when they managed to win in the 2014 MTV EMA Awards, alongside big names in the entertainment industry, such as Ozzy Osbourne, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and Katy Perry.
