I know Uganda has the most entertaining traditional media but never in a million years did I think they would consider their president, Yoweri Museveni fair game. You see, in Africa, there is a "big man" culture whose unspoken tenets hold that certain people are off limits.

But Ugandans hapa tambua big man!

You see, Mu7 as he is colloquially called by Uganda's scribes, had insisted Kenya Airways go pick him up at a place called Mbarara. Given that their carriers cannot land or take off there, they ignored his request.

And boy was Museveni miffed!

But not as much as he certainly was when Ugandan media made a cartoon caricature about the incident:
