The buck always stops with the leaders. That means that at the very pinnacle, we have the cabinet secretary incharge of security, Ole Lenku and he alone to hold accountable for this. The state of security is such a joke that thieves no longer rely on smarts to steal. They rely on sheer force of numbers:
