Rose Muhando has been trending recently after shows how evil spirits were being exorcized from her. She attended Apostle James Ng'anga's church, Neno Evangelism Centre where the video was taken.

The Tanzanian singer is currently touring Kenya and was in Kibwezi recently, accompanied by Kamba gospel musician Stephen Kasolo. Speaking on the "Kitole" singer's Youtube Channel, Muhando spoke on why she is now nicknaming herself as a lioness.

Kwa ajili ya uvumilivu wa mapio ninaopitia, shida ngumu, kuvumilia mambo magumu, na ujasiri nilionao, wakaamua kuniita simba wa kike. Na hatunyamazi mpaka Mungu anapokea utukufu. Ndio tunateka nyavu kilindini. Tuko hapa Kibwezi kwa siku saba mfuulizo.

She added that:

Mpaka wameniita simba hata kama kikipita maana yake mimi siogopangi halafu siongei chochote kile.Kazi yangu mimi kuwinda tu.

Back in the day, Muhando was one of the best gospel musicians and her music stills spoke to many till today. The "Nibebe" hitmaker, however, has been on the low key after she got into several controversies.

In the recent past, she made headlines when fans noticed that she had health issues. She also cleared the air on rumours to do with abortion.
