Controversial blogger Robert Alai feels we should borrow a leaf from a disgruntled mobile subscriber from South Africa who paid for a full banner to vent his frustration at poor service.

The customer put up the banner in Johannesburg this week. "The most useless service provider in SA -- Cell C Sandton City," it read.

The affected company has already moved to court to have the banner removed.

Back to Alai, he took a break from a rather entertaining tweef with Esther Passaris to say that he felt there is at least one mobile service provider in Kenya that deserves this kind of treatment.

Check out his tweet from Thursday morning.

Alai however fell shy of revealing which company he was referring to. I guess we will just have to be on the lookout for such a banner, possibly on Uhuru Highway, to find out.
