Bruce Odhiambo is dead.

The music producer and former chairman of youth enterprise and development fund boss passed away in the Intensive Care Unit at Nairobi Hospital, where he was admitted on Christmas day. This was after his blood pressure went too low.

According to sources, Bruce, a close friend to President Uhuru developed complications after returning from India, where he had gone to replace his pacemaker late last year. A source told Edaily

He developed lots of complications after he returned back home in November… The body reacted to the new medication he was given and he got blisters on his hands and legs which became septic.

Bruce Odhiambo suffered a cardiac arrest on Saturday 5 January and was put on life support machine. A close source to the family said;

His BP has never stabilized thus really affected the functioning of the pacemaker and they couldn’t do dialysis coz his heart was quite weak. His BP fell further to a low of 54 and the family was called in again.

His family was hopeful that Bruce would be okay but unfortunately, he passed away last night.
