Zari Hassan's mother Ms Halima Hassan succumbed to death after being admitted to the ICU for days. According to the family, she faced death after suffering a heart attack followed by complications due to diabetes.

The burial was held on Friday and was conducted in accordance with the Muslim traditions. Zari's younger brother who is commonly known as Tingdis announced that their mother's medical bill was Ush55 millon - which is Ksh 1.5 million.

From all the cash, Zari brought in 7 million Uganda shillings which is approximated to be Ksh 2,000,000

Among the people that attended the burial was Zari's baby daddy Diamond Platnumz and his mother Sanura Sandra Kassim.
