Legendary Kikuyu musician Jimmy Wayuni is dead.
According to reports on social media, Wayuni was involved in a road accident last night at Wendani in Thika Road.
At the time of the accident, he was with a friend who escaped unhurt.
His famous songs includes 'Airitu a Ruiru' which warns against prostitutes, Mama Sululu among others.
Gospel musician Loise Kim wrote;
A sad morning, it is, We have lost another #KIKUYU_BENGA_ARTIST....(through an accident) Jimmy wa wayuni.........
