A city tycoon amazed many last week after he threw a multimillion-shilling party for his wife. Simon Kabu brought Nairobi streets to a standstill after he was escorted by speed bikes as he went to gift his wife Sarah Kabu a range rover worth millions of shillings.

Yes. He knows the way to his wife's heart.

After all the excitement, Simon would later order a cake that was brought in by a pick-up, and it was big enough to feed a village.

It did not end there. The real birthday was yet to be experienced as Simon went ahead to throw another party for his wife in one of the expensive clubs in town.

The event was graced by big names in the Kenyan business and entertainment industry.

The climax of it all was a message Simon sent to Sarah as he reminded her of the love he had:

"My Dear Wife Sarah, I feel so blessed to have such a beautiful and supportive life partner like you .. Rem Skies are blue, Snow is white, Roses are Red, Honey is sweet But not as you my dear."

He continued to remind her of his days as a makanga:
