The Kenya Red Cross says that it is responsible for taking the stranded Makini School students to safety. They had been trapped in their school bus after it got stuck in flood waters in South C on Tuesday night. Photos have emerged online of the students being treated to breakfast at the organization's Boma Hotel this morning.

The students were reported to have been stuck in the rains for 8 hours. Floods have recently been making various parts of the city inaccessible or soaked in waters.

However, Mike Sonko's rescue team has also claimed that it is solely responsible for the evacuation: Who exactly rescued the students?
