He recently revealed his secret battle with depression left him 'devastated and crying constantly'.

And Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has spoken about the 'vulnerability' men feel when talking about mental health as he appeared on Lorraine on Friday.

The actor, 46, who welcomed his daughter Tiana with his fiancee Lauren Hashian two weeks ago, candidly discussed his own story and how he 'bottled his feelings in' as a teenager.

He told Ross King: 'Depression doesn't discriminate and I thought that was an important part of the narrative if I was going to share a little bit of my story of the past.

'Regardless of who you are or what you do for a living or where you come from, it doesn't discriminate, we all kind of go through it. If I could share a little bit of it and if I could help somebody I'm happy to do it.

'The key thing that I found was the most important thing about that, talking about my past in terms of depression, is the revelation and for us to be OK and embracing… especially us as guys, as men.
