No! There wasn't any ratchet behaviour at this month's Blankets and Wine , anyway the people with class or rather  "people who pretend to have class" can always be found there. One thing I noticed, (On a lighter note) almost everyone is gay, from the watchmen to waiters and revellers; that's not my business though.
