So, did Ruto ask Raila how cold he felt away from power? Did Raila offer Ruto a handkerchief just in case the latter would need to cry? Did the two have a subtle argument in whispers beneath the smiles? No one knows.

It was rather obvious that the public exchange of niceties was quite a task for both. They looked like they could not wait to get it over with.
