Life is never a smooth journey. It takes perseverance for one to achieve whatever they want in life. I hooked up a young Kenyan professional lawyer; Sylvanus Osoro for an interview and was mesmerized by his story.

From no-where to somewhere. Osoro is the CEO of  Pitch Face Marketing Company that he started on his own and it's grown tremendously over the past 4 years. He now employs more than 800 people with several branches all over the country.

Their main aim is to help reduce the rate of joblessness in the country. They nurture young talent and give them the opportunity to grow themselves. Osoro further explains how people choose to be lazy yet there are a lot of business opportunities all over the place. “My drive was to try and fill that gap of a person who employs people,” says Osoro.
