Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru is a proud mum after her son and school mates emerged 1st at the African Schoolss Mooting Competition 2021.

The win came with a £5000 (Ksh 654,411) p.a partial law scholarship.

Taking to her social media to congratulate her son, Waiguru wrote

'So proud of my son Ron & his teammates for the outstanding performance at African Schs Mooting Competition 2021 & winning 1st position in Africa & £5000 p.a partial law scholarship
