Lupita Nyong'o's year has started on an exciting note. She has taken to IG to debut the first look of her Disney film 'The Queen of Katwe'. The actress spent sometime in Uganda shooting the project. During the visit, she hooked up with comedian Kansiime with whom she built a friendship that has grown strong since then.

The actress who made her first homecoming trip to Kenya last year has been riding high with her Star Wars role. The film had a budget of 200 million USD and has so far collected over 1.5 billion USD according to Wikipedia.

'The Queen of Katwe' is expected to be released this year, though the date has not been specified.
