Starting today, guests attending Prophet Owuor's prayer rally in Kisumu will spend the night at some of the most expensive hotels in the region after the self proclaimed prophet spent Sh12 million in booking all the rooms at three top hotels.
One of the hotels booked by Owuor is the newly launched Acacia Premier Hotel. The others are Kisumu Hotel and Imperial Express.
Acacia Premier Hotel which has a bed capacity of 94 will cost at least Sh9.5 million, Imperial Express will cost Sh1.12 million for its 56 rooms while another Sh1.72 million will go towards securing all the 86 rooms at Kisumu Hotel.
Prophet Owuor is set to stage a three-day healing service at Kibos starting tomorrow.
